TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING:
If you wish to make a confirmed reservation, please fill in Itinerary booking form for the selected tour.
To make a confirmed reservation and secure your booking we require your credit card or other payment details. The information on your card is strictly confidential. The card will not be charged unless your reservation is confirmed.
All City pack tours require a deposit of AUD$50.00 per adult. All Extended tours require a deposit of AUD$150.00 per adult. The deposit will be charged upon confirmation of booking and is non-refundable, but will be deducted from the final balance.
Final balance is due 14 days prior to arrival for city packs and 30 days prior for extended touring or upon confirmation for bookings made within

Please note that to take advantage of our special rates and offers you must confirm your reservations and forward all payments directly to Australian Travel Club.
Payments can be made by credit card or by telegraphic transfer into our clients trust account.

Please, fax us a copy of your bank's receipt on +61 2 9343 0533 upon transferring payment to our account. Do not forget to put your name as the reference for this transaction.
After the payment is received in full, your itinerary and all service vouchers will be sent to you by e-mail or fax within 7 days from the date full payment is received. A copy will be also send to your first hotel in Australia or New Zealand.
All booking amendments are subject to availability.
Amendments received before the vouchers have been issued are subject to A$25 amendment fee in addition to any amendment fees charged by the supplier.
Amendments received after the vouchers have been issued are subject to A$50 amendment fee in addition to any amendment fees charged by the supplier.
All cancellations received after the booking has been confirmed will incur cancellation fees.
Cancellations received before the full payment of fees is received will only incur cancellation fees amounting to the deposits received unless otherwise stated in the confirmation of booking.
Cancellations received after the full payment is received may incur additional cancellation charges depending on the individual hotels' policies during the specified season.
Airfares are not refundable.
